About Me
I am a personal trainer with over 10 years experience. I have worked many of my years in a popular commercial gym, training hundreds of women to gain the confidence to train in a way they enjoy and to support their busy lifestyles. I believe in continuously developing myself and my knowledge and skills, over the years I have qualified in Boxing for Fitness, Nutrition, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Pre and Post Natal Fitness and Understanding Women's Health and the Menopause.
I have a little girl of primary school age, so I understand how hard it is for the modern mother to try to do it all, and how our health and fitness can sometimes be sacrificed. And now in my early 40's I can also understand how hard it is to navigate all of life with ever changing hormones!
I have had my own journey over the years, trying many a fad diet and then in my late 20's I discovered a love for the gym and strength training and a healthy protein rich diet. I also love to run, albeit inconsistently! But I understand the importance of having strong foundations for activities like this. Which is how I then found a love for Pilates.
