Whether you are new to training or experienced and looking for that extra support we have a package for you. You can choose to commit montly or just pay as you go.

8 Week Foundations to Fitness
This can be for beginners, or anyone that has taken some time out of training, or really wants to work on strong foundations for a sport or activity.
You will have personalised session plans and a full program you can follow when we are not together. We will look at nutrition and daily habits to keep you motivated and on track to reach your goals! Free class pass to one class per week.
From £250, based on 1 session per week. £480 based on 2 sessions per week, for an 8 week period.
Pay As You Go
Don't want to commit? You can pay as you go for sessions. You will get personlised session plans based on your lifestyle and goals. Sessions can be held in a private gym facity in Cadishead or home visits are possible dependant on location.
From £40 per session.


4 Session Pack
Based on 1 session per week. You will receive personalised sessions and a full program to follow based on your goals and lifestyle. We will look at nutrition and daily habits to keep you on track.
